This is one of the Hawaiian Ti plants that are in the Dougherty Garden. The above Pink Hawaiian Ti plant is a slow grower compared to the Green Hawaiian Ti plant. Today, I decided to do replanting of my three Hawaiian Ti plants and label them with new numbers.

I only have one Pink Leaf Hawaiian Ti plants in the Dougherty Garden. I took a look and did a quick removal of three young shoots growing on the bottom of the Pink Leaf Hawaiian Ti plant. I mixed some fresh soil and added a bit of fertilizer and potted up these three young Pink Leaf Hawaiian Ti plants. I did this without a rooting hormone and we'll see how the Hawaiian Ti plants react over the next few weeks.

Since I was doing a Pink Leaf Hawaiian Ti plant, I decided to also do a Green Leaf Hawaiian Ti plant at the same time. I wanted to see if there was a difference between the colors in starting a small version of the Hawaiian Ti plant. The Green Leaf Hawaiian Ti plant was also potted up with fresh soil and some fertilizer.
