In the South Florida garden, all you have to do is allow Mother Nature to do he rthing and you'll get these beautiftl flowers on a regular basis. I've been blessed with white and purple version of the Periwinkle (Vinca) since I started gardening down here. the seeds are in the soil, or, will bo9w your way eventually. Enjoy,
