This is the 2nd in a series of pictures in a video format covering the area of Little Italy and some picture memories of the neighborhood and other activites from back in the day.
I remember this street like it was yesterday. I used to drive through that tunnel back in the late 1960's and early 1970's. My father-in-law knew the neighborhood like the back of his hand. The buildings on the right were not there but the tunnel was always an experience. You could only imagine the memories that happened back in the day.
Dominick had his parking lot on Henry Street in the heart of Chinatown and Little Italy. This is Henry Street above, with the church on the right side and his parking lot would have been right behind the church. These is still a parking lot in that location. the Italian Social Club was right across the street. Enjoy the pictures.
