Marie's Recipes R04 - Steak Wraps for Supper - February 14, 2019


Steak Strips from the market specifically cut for use in Wraps and cheaper than buying a few Steaks. Marie fries these Steak Strips using an array of condiments and adds some Soy Sauce.

Marie will add a side of Boiled Yellow Rice that is flavored with Chicken Broth.

An overview of Marie monitoring the frying of the Steak Strips cooking in Soy Sauce and keeping another eye on the progress of the Yellow Rice boiling in the Chicken Broth.

Here is the finished Steak Strips for use in Steak Wraps. there are an assortment of toppings that are used in putting a wrap together. I was so famished that I didn't get a chance to take a picture of a wrap that I had put together. The Wraps that we used were just behind the yellow rice above.

Just to keep you up to date as to what was available for making a wrap are the following ingredients. After you finish piling all the goodies in the middle of the Wrap, just rollit together starting from one side to the other. I tend to add a bit more Soy Sauce inside the wrap, while other s may spill some on their plate and dip the wrap in the Soy Sauce. Enjoy:

Small Wraps

Sliced Tomatoes

Diced Lettuce

Sour Cream

Soy Sauce

Shredded Colby and Monterrey Cheese

Yellow Rice
