Another addition of the links for Pinterest and a repeat for all those that have no idea about the resources here on Jobs Out West assorted group sites that they have available to reach out and touch someone. I'm still looking for those Work From Home Jobs but keep coming up with people that offer but lack reality. Still trying, though. In today's world, you have to be creatives and aggressive. Most employers keep hiring losers and repeatedly have to relist those jobs, again and again. Unfortunately, most employers have managers that lack skills to complete the hiring process and their business operate like that on a day to day basis. We try to offer resources to get to that employer who may be looking and you can get direct to the boss and not the in between person. Good Luck!

All the Facebook Groups that I have for people to look for a job and post a little about themselves and their small business. Everyone needs all the help that they can get to get employed. The market is starting to act a little crazy out there. If there are so many jobs out there, why are people still looking?
Here is a list of all the Facebook Groups that are under Marty Dougherty. I gave up telling a few people that we are in Wellington, Florida, United States that I finally set up a group for them in New Zealand. Unfortunately, there are so many out there that just don't read.
I also set up this Out West Group for those that need a place to make comments about "our" out west community related to the job search, new employers coming on board "out west", and general conversations about our community.
