Grilled Mozzarella Cheese Sandwich R19
There is always the Grilled Cheese Sandwich which is a standard for a quick meal. For most people, American Cheese, white ot yellow, is the standard cheese to use for this Grilled Cheese Sandwich. In our home, the Mozzarella Cheese is substituted for American Cheese. After Marie grills up several sandwiches, the egg wash for the bread is grilled to make to use as a topping for a small side to the Grilled Cheese Sandwiches. I have never been a veggie person but over the years, I have gotten used to eating Pepperoncini with the Grilled Cheese Sandwiches. It's very tasty.
