Berlin Bar
This picture brings back memories of a place where I enjoyed having a hot dog or two on the way home from the movies. The Berlin Bar had this outside service area which was open most of the year. It was located on the SE corner of 86th Street and Third Avenue.
The building was called the Astoria Hotel and I'm sure that it was famous for a lot of stories which can't be shared on here. The Berlin Bar was alway famous to me for the hot dogs with sauerkraut and mustard with an orange drink that I had every time I stopped for a quick snack on the way home from a move. Enjoy a few more picture memories of the Berlin Bar on 86th Street.
