Rigatoni with Ricotta Cheese is served most of the times in a casserole. the Ricotta Cheese melts right in to the Rigatoni and forms a bed of pasta. All one has to do is sprinkle some Romano, or, Pecorino- Romano Cheese to enhance the flavor a bit.
