Baked Rigatoni Pasta With Ricotta Cheese R11
Here is a typical casserole dish that Marie prepares on a weekly basis with a variety of pastas. Rigatoni is one of Marie's persoanal favorite pastas. She gauges how long the pasta boils in the water. Transfers the pasta into a casserole dish and adds a bit of Ricotta Cheese and Grated Romano Cheese and bakes in the oven.
This is one of Marie's White Pasta Dishes. If you haven't tried white pizza, which is made just like your regular tomato sauce, but uses Ricotta Cheese in stead of Tomato Sauce. Hence the term, White Pizza.
