There are an assortment of different styles of pasta that can be switched for making this casserole dish. On this particular casserole, Marie is using Ziti pasta. naturally, depending on the type of pasta will result in a diffferent taste when baked in the oven. Most of the time, Marie will use Ricotta Cheese mixed in layers of Zita and Tomatoe Sauce. And, don't forget to top it off with your special Grated Italian Cheese
