It's a whole new world out there and the only trouble is those people in Washington, D.C. have not got a clue as to what is happening. Right now, the most important thing on one person's mind is to put a person in office that has some semblance of just what is going on and how we can adapt for the future.
Job automation is changing rapidly. Look at what Amazon is doing to the shopping center, excluding the fact that one could get shot just walking down the street. That and automation are taking a toll. People are looking more towards automation to fill those gaps.
This "robotic process automation" has been embraced by 64 corporate controllers with companies making more that $1 Billiion in revenue. More than half of these controller's companies are in the process of implementing RPA. The other half are gearing up for coming on board in the next two years.

One must gear up for the next step is that when these corporate controllers acquired the working knowledge and adapt their companies to this new process, it will flow down throughout their company, and have a dramatic change in their work force. Little by little, other companies will follow through, and workers will adapt try. This may take years and that depends on the management staff and competition within their industry.
My concern on this end is related to the work force and how they adapt I see robots appearing on talk shows and people looking at the robot and what it does. No one is looking at the possible change that this robot will make to their lives and the possible consequence. I got a kick out of the fact
A few years ago, I saw mention of form of income that would be paid to a person that is not working because of jobs loss to innovation and with no other source of employment. This would be covered in this new form of payment to that individual. As these robotics continue on, I could start to see how these payments will be a standard part of life in the near future.
